PC shoes crash

i just started my game 10 minutes ago and start my player , i saw my player with blank shoes ( usually Nike Kobe VII System Supreme « All-Star » Edition ) and when i go to the shoes area , the game crash .... i restarted the game and tried without my player and same issue game crash , i ve been to " %appdata% " where saves folder is located and i removed two files into the " shoes " folder , when i start the game i have missing shoes like the new durant, kobes lebron and more ( available with updates ) i also tried to change the shoes folder with a backup i did a week ago and my game still crashing when i go to shoes .... do you know what to do to fix this plz ? :/

Okay so i found why , i follow these steps and now its working ...
