Probably NBA 2K12, at least on PC, because it hasn't received the patch yet. That aside, they're about even.

I'd say 2K12 just for the stats bugs, trading logic in MyPlayer, and disaster of online. Not that 2K11 is much better.

Gameplay wise, which matters the most, both have flaws but not necessarily bugs.
