Import custom photo to My Player

Is it possible to import a custom photo to My Player?
If so, are there any tutorials available?

If it is possible and there are no tutorials available would someone be willing to posts the steps necessary (including what tools are needed) to accomplish this?

It would be greatly appreciated.
