CREATING PLAYER GAME CRASHES, HELP!!!!

Just wondering if someone could help me and tell me why my game crashes when I go to create a player or in my player mode. I have pretty much every new mod there is but recently I learned how to create cyberfaces and I was trying to put my face in the game and notices that it crashes every time I try to create, edit a player, or enter my player mode. I downloaded the new online data patch today and it fixed everything. I think it had something to do with a currupt NIKE ID SHOE.
