How do i make a portrait?

I want to make portraits of myself and 2 friends for their CF's i created. It can be simple as photoshopping our faces over a current player and that's that. Also how to assign as well?

choose a player that is retired or has a really low rating thatll prolly not get signed and basically post ur face over theirs... thats what i did for MR. Rubio
