Marquis teague CF need help made headshape need textures

Hey everyone I'm making a marquis teague CF I made the headshape but I don't have photoshop and trial version won't let me save the textures I make I tried using textures from ncaa 12 on 2k11 but it didn't come out right so can anyone make the textures for my headshape
