Big trouble about getting Offensive Rebound

I found that in most of the time, the PF and C wont go inside and try to grab an offensive rebound. Many great offensive rebounder like Rodman just stand far away from the hoop that make him not even in a position to grab a offensive rebound.

Does any one know how to make them automatically go under the hoop and grab a offensive rebound more aggressively

Also, sliders. I use some sliders i downloaded and they really enhanced rebounding. I got
like 15 rebs with Kareem and Hakeem every time i play
