Editing Jersey Colors Photoshop Help

Could Someone Post a Quick tutorial on how to edit Jersey Colors with photoshop? Thanks!

YouTube and other Google searches would be better to learn photoshop basics than from here.

This is not the place to learn Photoshop basics, but press CTRL + U, then mark the "Colorize" check box and than just play with the bars however you want.
