JaVa Virtual Machine Launcher

i cant open the "Nba2KXModTool.jar" i know its a java thingy but when i try to execute this app i got this error



btw,i have the latest version of java..anyone knows what the probleam is?

i see you have it under "compressed" you extracted the files right?

and I cant find it right now, but someone said if you have 64-bit windows to make sure you have 64-bit java

i have the all the updated files..and yes i extracted the files..already tried to re-install java>same error
install the new java7>same error

someone said its something to do with the command line and i don't have any idea what was that.. didn't make any changes in my computer so idk what causing the problem..

I just updated to windows 64 bit so I made sure to install both the 32 and 64 bit java files

make sure the jar file is run as administrator? really that's all I got man....
