Why can't I replace the scoreboard files?

Hey there,
I was wondering why I can't get it to work. I tried replacing the 2K and NBA2K11 logos in the scoreboard, but after replacment a CAL (create a legend) logo appears instead of NBA2k11. Is there something more I should know to have my logos in the scoreboard?
