Playoffs game commercial

In a Playoffs game I watched this kind of spot

Yeah, that shows up from time to time not just in the playoffs.

It shows when your playing association mode

I've seen it in My Player/Create a Legend. Probably anything with a schedule.

why i cant see that in my game?? how can i turn that on?? thats cool!!

The question should really be why does it advertise a game in early July? Playoffs are well and truly over by that time.
