framerate drop

my framerate drop from while in the middle of a game. first 3 minutes , stable 40 fps but decreases to 27 below after a while. Im using geforce 9500 gt

maybe the crowd is more energetic and excited so it takes more graphics power to render their movement?

what? What do you mean? Im just saying a possiblity which I think might be at play. Maybe you know something more than I do then let him know. The more the crowd is moving around, the more hardware power is going to be needed I would suppose. Considering how the crowd is probably shitting itself a lot more towards the end than when the game started off

Crowd could really be a factor. With crowd settings on high I experience that my game runs more fluently when quarters begin and that the fps drops after few minutes played in a quarter.
