Cut Scene glitch

I wanna know guys, does any on of you have a glitch in Cur Scenes (and by Cut scenes i mean like when a timeout is called, or a player is approaching a freethrow line after a foul, not a replay cuz those are smooth) where it's as if it's slowed down plus the player model is kind of moving abruptly? I know it's hard to understand, but i think those who have it would understand XD

Haven't experienced it as yet, but I'll keep an eye out for it.

At least for me, a couple of cut scenes lock down to 40 or 50 fps for whatever reason. Everything else is normal. It happened to me in 2k11 too, only a lot more. I always assumed it was a bug, or an issue with the ATI drivers.
Specs: AMD Phenom II x4 955 @3.60ghz. ATI HD5770 1GB. 12gb DDR3, Dell 24" lcd @1920x1080
