Talk about NBA 2K12 here.

It'd be nice to have a PC demo for PC gamers on the fence, but I'm guessing the requirements won't be that different. If you can run NBA 2K11 PC and liked it, I'd say you can probably trust in NBA 2K12 PC.
Or if you have a 360/PS3, you could just download the demo there. The gameplay experience will be the same, the only thing that might be different would be the menus.

My Player Career of @Ronnie2K - Write your own Hall of Fame Speech: After 17 years, Ronnie calls it quits. He decides to thank his supporters and teammates over the years (instead of talking about his endorsements, swagger, boys), mentioning his start with the Minnesota Timberwolves and being moved to the New York Knicks to eventually claim his first (alongside Carmelo/Amare) NBA Championship that propelled him to the Hall
17 years of 82 games with no simming? BS

Wow!

Still looks like a rookie, too.

I agree. BS on Mr. Singh.
Sat Sep 10, 2011 1:28 am
so we have simulation button or not?
Sat Sep 10, 2011 1:40 am
the guy who played it the other day said there is no simulate option
Sat Sep 10, 2011 1:49 am
he played the whole 17 seasons without a sleep
Sat Sep 10, 2011 1:57 am

that's real BS man

What is a "BS" ? Honestly, I really doubt isn't it simming.
Sat Sep 10, 2011 2:24 am
Presumably Ronnie has access to some debug tools that would allow him to sim for the sake of previews (just as the devs and programmers could skip ahead to test for bugs and the like), but it'd be great if there was actually a sim feature available.
In any case, that looks really cool.

Granted, his player doesn't seem to have aged at all but everything else looks and sounds pretty good. Without a sim feature though, it remains to be seen how many players will actually end up experiencing it themselves.

BS is an abbreviation for bullshit. Swearing without swearing, in a sense.

Is that the new LOB trophy? If so, then atleast it has shine this year

Bull Singh, as it were.
Anyway, I bet the same old sim-a-game trick in NBA 2k11 will still work for this game. Removing that would be pointless.

What was the sim trick for 2K11?
Would it be possible to show a player aging?

Sim is in, on a limited basis, which is good to hear. I also like what they've done with the press conferences. It was a bit hard last year, just answering with a personality and never knowing what I was actually going to say.

You can always edit your players face to lose hair and stuff. That's not a huge factor.

Looking good that you don't have to play all 82 games & can just play the key games. May be worth actually playing My Player mode this year.

You'll also note X that it seems David Stern and Adam Silver will be included in Association mode too, going by the brief Association spoiler included in the Insight.

Indeed it is a great day. Looks like I'll be getting the game, just gotta decide between PS3 & PC.

If you want to sim a game in NBA 2k11 MyPlayer, you go and play a game as usual, then when the game starts, you pause and select quit->sim to the end of game (or something like that).

DAMN. This looks extremely awesome.xD No gameplay? Want to see how your team works. I love the ads, etc. But the gameplay is a lot more important.
