Blue Cyberface

I'm very close to creating my first cyberface. However, after setting the conditions for a green texture my cyberface stubbornly comes up blue. Does anyone have a strategy this using Photoshop CS5. I see that many people have request for players and I'll like to contribute to making new players coming into the league and update current players. Thanks!
