change skills of teammates in my player?

hey i was just wondering if anyone has been able to figure out how to do it. i searched the forums, but found nothing. i am a center on the thunder, and i want to improve ibaka's free throw shooting, but can't figure out where the my player roster is stored. can somebody please help? i have rededit and everything.
