two problems with updating

Guys, i'll trying update 92-93 Hornets court to more look to their 94-95 season court, like here:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MtdoUrcnjD4 Here is the 1st problem, i want to update words under the backboards from "Charlotte Hornets" to "Charlotte Coliseum": http://i46.tinypic.com/aczr5j.jpg as you see it is a big space between "COLIS" and "EUM" how can i fix that? in other way, what i'm doing not right there?
2nd problem, how can i delete remove that green circle around the Hornets logo on the center of the court and add a bigger one or create a bigger and add?: http://i48.tinypic.com/25p0qpe.jpg
