My Player - End of the season leads to a game crash

When I end a season in My Player mode, I just see some message like "Simulating to the end of the season" (after I played the last game) and my game crashes to desktop. Now I can't run the save file, it crashes again.
Is there any fix for this? I hope there is, kinda don't want to start over

Have you tried disabling autosave?

Yeah, just disabled it and it still happens.
