White All Star jersey fix doesn't work !!!

Ok i have connected to 2k, so updates usually updates itself. But All star jerseys is still white !! WTF? I even tryed JoeJames update - still white.

the game will not add those uniforms, or other ones, officially
if you are running the game on low player quality settings, they will not be updated by patches created for those who run the game on high or medium settings
