Convert Franchise Roster To game Roster?

Is there any tool that can do it?
Title says it all.. I've found a great 2012 draft class with the best players of that class with there own faces and not the generic ones. What I plan to do with this is.
- Export 1 year simulated season on the franchise so the rookies will have a teams.
- Covert the Franchise Roster to Normal game roster.
- Then use the roster to play My Player with.

the roster exchanger is available as a part of the REDitor, but that feature does cost money
