Help in nba 2k12 pc

i dont know why but when I run nba 2k12, it runs a very slow intro and when im in the part of click enter, it does respond as if it was freezin,.If u had the same problem and found a fix or solution please help me, TY in advance...

make sure you have a good connection to the internet, or else the game bugs out like that. If you can't do that, unplug the internet cable to go as far as to disable the internet adapter before playing if the issues keeps happening.
