i got a custom CF, when i tried to use it for MP i get the white arms and no head.
what am i doing wrong???

You might have not pasted the custom CF in the NBA 2K12 Folder in the Program Files not in the saves folder

nope, i got it in the right folder. Do you know the default MP .iff file number?
