How to add Plays from Legends teams?

Mon Apr 23, 2012 10:52 am

I was looking to add plays from '98 Chicago and '02 Sacramento to my User Playbook, but I can't find a way to make it work. Is it not possible to do so in-game?

It's possible, with a little work:

Hi Andrew, that's cool and all with putting legends into my association, and I might do it one of these days... But I think you've misunderstood the aim of my question. I'm looking for a way to get certain plays from Legends Team's Playbook into another playbook that I want to use.

Or are you saying that via adding Legend teams into my current association, I can pull the plays from their playbooks? Is that it?

No, I misread the title. Sorry about that.

Perhaps it's possible via REDitor?

This is going to be a problem... I was thinking on doing it for my brother's Xbox360 game. =.= LOL

I'm gonna have to learn how to transfer stuff from my PC to his Xbox360 too. This is starting to become a pain in the behind. XD

Note that unless it was specifically made for the Xbox 360 version it cannot be used, so things like faces, jerseys and rosters made for the PC version are out.

I'm more inclined to edit just the playbooks and I'm just currently fiddling around the User Playbook in this game for my PC version of NBA2K12. Is the playbook in the PC version is compatibly interchangeable with the playbook in the Xbox360 version?

No, saves and settings files aren't interchangeable.

Well, if you have proper REDitor licenses for both PC and 360, you'll be able to copy-paste the playbook values, as they are the same for both platforms.
