Hex edit court lines (Request)

If anyone wants to take on a Project, I'd like some help, haha. Trying to change the lines on the court to orange, RGB value: 255, 118, 0. I changed baselines black, but I can't for the life of me figure out where the lines are held. I've changed it back and forth all day. I can upload the iff if someone would be so kind to help out.
Ah heck, http://wtferrell.ms11.net/KYML.iff is the floor file that I'm trying to change the lines on the floor (out of bounds, 3 Pt, FT lines, etc) to the above RGB value.
To be clear, the baselines and paint should be black, and the 3 pt line, out of bounds line, EVERY line should be the above orange RGB value. I just can't seem to find the right values to change.
