My Player mode bug

I'm playing My Player mode now with my newly created PG and I'm encountering some problems as below:

1) When I play any game (regardless key or non-key games), it just does not record it as played after I actually finished it without quitting the game half way.
2) The team stats report just not recognising my name correctly, my toon's name is Felix William but the team roster is showned as S. Walker.
3) If I simulate non-key games, all simulated stats achieved by my player will be credited to S. Walker and the "Games completed" function is working perfectly is I'm simulating it.

What I did:

1) I had the Ultimate Roster downloaded from this site and used for My Players mode.
2) I hex edited my toons height to 6'8" (which is not allowed for default PG option at creation screen)

I would like to know whether anyone come across the same problem as I do? Perferbly stating the solution of how you overcome these issues if you discover one.

You also downloaded The patch files and exe by michaelvlutz don't you.

Hmm, I edited my last reply after I go check what I'd downloaded. I'm not sure whether I somehow installed michaelvlutz's stuff a not as I cannot trace anything in my computer related to michaelvlutz.

But I'm very sure that I have:
1) new Portraits by Wim.vl & Hawk23
2) Ultimate Base Roster V10.1

To further elaborate what I observed, I found that the whole Rookie Showcase lineup had changed by featuring Andrew Bogut, Elvin Hayes, Moses Malone, Rucky Rubio, Rip Hamilton and such. #1 Draft pick is fixed on Kyrie Irving.

The change of players in the rookie showcase is because of the Ultimate Base Roster
