Any tutorial on how to make tattoo's for created/my player

I saw tarokes11 tattoo patch im wondering how he did it is there any tutorials? How to do it?

I already know how to use that thx btw. I'm wondering if i can edit the tattoo dds file in photoshop put a black background and insert the new tattoo.

I meant the bmp file

with the bmp ones you might want to use the 3DM mod tool, which is a bit harder to use and requires experimentation, but it supports those bmp textures better. viewtopic.php?f=143&t=83389
