REDitor II Not Changing Gear Colors???

I haven't had any problems changing anything else but the gear colors in the game, no matter what Tcolor addresses I change the gear colors remain the same, do I have to reload the roster to see changes ingame???

I'm changing the color of Cleveland to some custom colors I prefer using
