Crashing during File Load

Does anyone know what could be causing my game to crash at the very start of the game once it loads my roster? This is a roster That previously worked just fine for weeks. I was scrolling through teams in roster management, and my game crashed. I havent been able to get the game to even start with that roster since. I tried loadingit up with the default roster and that worked, but I want to fix my roster.
