NBA 2k12 (PC) play vs friend problem?

Is there any way to play vs a friend on nba 2k12 for pc? There seems to be no option for it in the online menu and even though we've both added eachother on nba2k.com it says 0 friends online even when we're both on.

Any and all help would be appreciated, this is quite frustrating... :S

there isnt, unless you are in an online association together. Maybe the patch will fix this

Thanks, also can you please comment on the situation of online quick play at the moment? Ive been searching for over 30 minutes and havent found a game. Says theres 4800+ people online atm too :S

just because 4800 people are playing the game connected to the internet doesnt mean they are looking to play online games

No question. I've seen over 10,000 online before and am still yet to be able to connect to a matchup.

Yeah saw 10105 on earlier today and still no dice. What a shame

just buy a 2 xbox controller... downlod the driver fom microsoft... and play with your friend!!!!!
