MP All-Star

Okay, So my player is a 4-time NBA champion, who averages the best numbers in the league... yet in each all-star game they keep me benched, and play me maybe 5 minutes. Why?

Also halftime. They talk about every other player but mine. My name's pronounceable you know...

The simplest answer that can be offered is that while they have put a lot of work into My Player, some issues do remain. These are a couple of them.

It's been like this for years, in nba 2k10, some smart guys figured out how to use real nba players in my player mode, therefore anouncers prounouce your full name and talk about you at half time and when they show like the league leading scorers etc. Same thing in nba 2k11, i even learned how to make those custom my players, but in nba 2k12 you can only add cyberface and they still wont say your name at half time and stuff, but there are some my player patches, most of them from november 11 so, i would love to have current rosters Demar Derozan patch but you know..
Anyway dont worry about the name pronouncing and stuff if you want to have more minutes use the trainer 1.02 or whatever and assing yourself 48 minutes before the allstar game
