Converting headshapes

I CAN convert from 2k11 to 2k12 but cant go backwards to 2k10 using 2k11 and 2k12 headshapes. i can use 3dsmax and blender and tried to do so in both but no success when trying to convert 2k11 and 12 headshapes to 2k10. im not a newbie just baffled is all. Can anyone help!!! Check the uploaded pic to see the results I get when trying
