Hi guys,
I'm new on this forum and I would ask you an important question because I've a big problem...
I made a texture for a player in NBA 2K12, and I imported it to the appropriate .iff file. But when I try to see the result in the game, the old face is always here...
I can't find the answer because when I re-extract the new .iff file, it's my texture which is inside...
If somebody can help me... Thank you everybody !

make sure you save your dds files with mip maps and then reimport the texture

If I save my file with Photoshop with "Generate MIP Maps", it's no good ?

that should do it, but I am not familiar with the Photoshop dds plugin, only GIMP

Ok thanks. Should I make a texture 3.dds AND a texture 5.dds, or only the texture 5.dds ?
And you, you can import your CFs in the game with GIMP ?
