1.How do I convert this default style of backboard to this new style of backboard(right image).. (I encircled the difference)
2.How to smoothen the edges of "NBA TV"(HD) texture in photoshop?

its not a matter of converting, you'd have to 3D edit the new one to make it look the way you want it to
