NBA 2k12 stopped working...

I was hoping someone might be able to see something that I haven't yet, but I bought a new monitor last night to set up a dual display. NBA 2k12 started right up, worked just fine. Then after I closed it and went to re-open it later, it popped up in windowed mode, all black screen, and just the slightest bit of the window could be seen in the 2nd display.

I've tried everything I can thing of. I've deleted all 2k associated files, I've re-installed from the disc. I've tried with only one monitor hooked up, two hooked up, I've tried running it as an admin, I've tried doing a system restore, but nothing works. Has this happened to anyone? Or anyone have any clue as to what I can do to fix it?

Its not a matter of the computer not being strong enough, which is the only solution I found searching around. If it helps my specs are:
i7 2600k @ 4.2 GHZ
GTX 550
16 GB RAM
Nothing else would be important to point out. Thanks for any possible help!

BTW all other games like Skyrim and ACR still work just fine... I'm really at a loss here.

2nd edit, I tried un-installing and re-installing again, and this time when the black windowed screen pops up, it goes for maybe a second then crashes.

i have no idea but for funsies try running the game as an administrator, and if that doesnt work, try unplugging/disconnecting completely from the internet and try that

I did try running as admin, I'll give the internet thing a shot. I'm re-installing nvidia drivers to a previous version now as well. I really can't figure this out...

Hmm, neither worked. I'm going to try un-installing again. Its just really really weird... Hope it doesn't come down to reinstalling windows

I tried the repair option for about the 3rd time and it magically popped up. Really strange, but thanks for the help Jao. Appreciate it.
