Jersey Texture tutorial

Is there any tutorial in making jersey textures.. i tried extracting a jersey file.. but i cant seem to find how to make a jersey texture.. i opened it with photoshop.. but i dont know what should i edit there.. i think there is 6 files when i extracted it .. and there is a green texture.. what i should do with that
