*Best JUMP SHOT in the game*

Hello all,

I think that we should create HOT thread about best JUMP SHOTS. For example: which is better? - 71 release and 26 jumper or 44 release and 5 jumper... Also don't forget about named jumpers such as: Kobe, , Gay, Allen, Garnett etc.
Moreover share opinions about best jump shots which you are using in certain POSITION. You simply can't use Garnett jumper for PG. It would be insane

So please share your experience with all of us about best jumpers

i think it's ridiculous that in the game you can be really good at timing someone's animation and they can hit shots all day whether they are actually good at shooting or not. the worst was ben wallace at the free throw line. his animation was easy so he was upstoppable

Read official NBA 2k12 forums. There is said that jump shots (animations as you mentioned) HAVE impact on shooting %. Developers accidentally mentioned that Kobe's jumper is probably the most dangerous weapon in game. And trust me you are really wrong if you think that animations doesn't have impact on shooting. For example try Steph Cury jumper and randomly chosen from menu (lets say 66 and 16)...

Hotspots have an impact too... Shooting with Durant in his hot spots and he's unstoppable and the catch and shoots.
More often then not he is going to have the height advantage too so he becomes F***ing scary to gaurd. Unstoppable.
Same with Dirk.

Too bad you can't get hot spots with created players, I tried to see my created guys hot spots in practice and the whole
court was blue. This happens with any created play or draft class player which sucks

I found that Rydy Gay has impressive jumper. And it costs only 250k.

I like Base: 24, and JS: Allen.
Super sexy shot.
Also Love's base with Ray's form.

Again, James/24 (jumper: Lebron James, base: jumpshot 24) is the prettiest jumper in the game IMO.
That and Evans/31. That jumper is like butter.

I know, but I didn't want to derail the thread too much. Just needed to be pointed out, though.

I set my spot-up shooters with J. Kidd's release and S. Curry's form. It's working good so far!
