pcarmtatss.iff NBA 2k12 TATTOO EDITING - NEED TUTORIAL

can some of you guys tell me how can i edit 'pcarmtats.iff',wich programs do i need,and pls basic tutorial.

PLS I DONT KNOW WHO I NEED TO ASK CUZ NO ONE ANSWERS ME BACK. AND THERE IS NO TUTORIAL FOR HOW TO EDIT 'pcarmtats.iff'.

how do you replace the old tats with new ones. or should i ask how do you make new ones ?

first learn how to use the tools, then worry about tattoos

if you want to edit created player tattoos, then its the pcctats file or whatever. If you want to edit NBA player tattos, then you have to use the CF tool and edit their arm texture.

so im new to this just made a my player and was wantin to know where to go or what to do as far as creating or getting new tattoos for my myplayer someone plz walk me thru this it will be very appreciated thanks
