Team colors and hex editing help

I have looked everywhere for this so maybe someone could help me out:

I want to change team colors, (namely the Bulls awful off pink) but I can't seem to find any tutorial anywhere that shows where in the hex code this can be edited.

this is untested, but try opening a 2k11 roster in REDitor, and grab the red 2K uses for the bulls.

then do a find/replace in the 2k12 roster for that color and the red you want to replace it with, let me know if that works.
