System question

My computer is

q6600 2.4, ram 2gb, hd4850...

i played all full option in 2k11(only marked 60 fps), but when i set all full option in 2k12, frame is marked 45~55.....frame drop and screen is wavering

2k12 is required high system than 2k11???

i only have core 2 duo 2.2ghz 2gb ram HD4660 1gb

nba 2k12 runs smoother than 2k11 in my system....with only the crowd lowered to medium and everything on high...
