[BUG] Association's Dynamic Crowd with Customized League

I've come upon a bug that deals with the Association mode's crowd audio system, "Dynamic Crowd". When enabling "Customize League", switching any of the teams, or replacing with created teams causes the crowd track to become isolated. What I mean by that is the crowd will not cheer when the home team scores, or blocks, rebounds, etc. This applies to all teams in the league whenever teams are switched through "Customize League". Checked 2k11, and the issue was also apparent and present.

Yep, I noticed this too that's why I stopped customizing my associations

Not good. I was going to create a fictional league with created teams due to the NBA lockout. But maybe I will just overwrite the existing teams once REDeditor is availible for 2K12.
