Question: How to erase the bright of the players

Well after testing the game a little bit, players are ok, some faces are better than the default ones of 2k11, but the bright skin is really anoying, is like if they were made of plastic. Is there a way of erase that?, i just want the normal tone of the skin without lighting effects.
Is that posible?
