I was just about to post it that's a really cool intro and Kurtis Blow's basketball is the best song in the game

Awesome, simply awesome. (Y) Not the most important aspect of a basketball game, of course, but it's creative and draws you into the game, which is what you want from an intro.

The soundtrack has been revealed and you can listen to pretty much the whole thing thanks to videos on YouTube, so that question is fairly easily answered before the game comes out.
