Problem with Association Mode (NBA 2K12 PSP Version)

Hello everyone and I'm using PPSSPP v1.3 on my laptop and there's a problem with my NBA 2K12 association mode. I played OKC and then the Nets and the Scouting bar under the General Manager bar was missing and the application would not respond once I get to the part where I have to draft the rookies. It's perfectly fine though when I used the other teams.

So what seems to be the problem here?
