REDitor Issue

Postby melomanu20 on Mon Aug 20, 2012 1:05 pm

Hey everyone, I was hoping someone could help me with changing the short lenghts in the REDitor. I new at it so im still figuring things out. I go to the jersey's tab and and i see the columns for ID / Texture / logo / GID etc.. and i know to change it to the retro length is 2. And i know the JModel has to be 5 or 6 or the game will crash. The only problem is i dont know what team im actually changing the shorts for.

E.g for 1991 i would wanna change jus about every team except the bulls but no sure how to leave the bulls out cause theres nothing i see that tells me what team im on. Thanks!

GID tells you the team, reference the Teams tab to figure out which team is which GID (Graphics ID)
Opinions are my own.

Hey jaosming. I have a 2 part ? hoping to get help on, first how do u add/subtract teams in a roster? E.g. like in the 93 mod the bocats, raptors and grizzlies are gone. Where in the REDitor can u do that?

Secondly, can i copy and paste lines from one roster to another. I tried opening two rosters at the same time but it doesnt let me, but i read somewhere on here that someone figured how to copy information from one ros to another, not sure how tho. Thnx in advance

editing the team tab will let you overwrite, replace, add, etc, although without the full license which has the clone command, you'll always have to overwrite some team to add a new team

going from one roster to another officially requires the modding interfaces license, or you can copy/paste into excel or open office, or any spreadsheet program of your choosing
Opinions are my own.
