Removing tattoo and adding hair to player- Victor Alexander?

I was wondering if Victor Alexander for the 93 Warriors (UBR) could have his non-existent tattoo removed and be given hair since he wasn't bald till many years later with the Pistons. If you check in the UBR you will see that the Warriors version looks nothing like him, almost as if there was some kind of mix-up (tattoo on arm when he never had any)...with as many players that there were to do it is totally understandable how this player got skipped/overlooked. I have PMd Hawk to no avail so I am requesting assistance in removing the tat myself and adding a fade. I am entirely new so I apologize if I am going about this the wrong way. The Warriors are a team I am always using and being an Iowa guy I like to use Victor. However, for me, it is the equivalent of a Lebron model running around the court with Jordan's name above him. Could someone tell me if paid Re-editor (I can get Guru version) would be capable of doing this? I also have Adobe Photoshop CS6. I am willing to put in the work. I would just like it if someone could point me in the right direction. Thanks a bunch guys!
