Most Realistic Association Roster

Hey everyone, i recently sold my XBox and got nba 2k12 for the PC. I was just wondering which roster is the most realistic for Association. for anyone who has an XBox of PS3, a roster like sim-worldz or bed's for example. Also which draft class goes best with the roster you suggest because i've been roaming around the site and can't find a roster with good potential ratings and a draft class that is similar
