When I start to play association mode..Just from tip-off the game shut down..Any solutions?

are you using the official patch?
are you using community rosters or default rosters?
can you play with the two teams in that game in an exhibition game?

I am using UBR roster and I can play exhibition game but is shuts down about like 2 QT
