Have you done the tutorial in-game? It should teach you the controls.

No, that's what JaoSming is getting at. We can't see your computer, the settings you've chosen in game and the controller configuration you're using. There's no way anyone can tell you to press this key or that key, without knowing which keys you've got set up for which function.

Does that not help at all? You should be able to match that up with your game, try out the moves, follow the on-screen prompts in Training Camp, etc.
