Need Hex address for shoot off the dribble stat

The fact that I can't increase this is annoying and it causes me to miss wide open shots more often than not. Before anyone says anything I have the feed back on my releases are good and my quality is usually A. I have no problems missing contested shots or the occasional open look but I can go 0-5 before hitting a shot and my consistency and ratings are above 88 ( med 95 3pt 92 close 88 cons 99) I have also leveled up my shooting abilities to great although I feel it's wasted because I could have increased some other stats instead. I just need the hex. I have used players with high sht off dribble and found better results
