Turn player detail down to medium is the quickest way.

If you mean the default plastic sweat effect, there's the easy way and the hard way.

The easy way would be to download a SuperGlobal from either here at NLSC (Releases section of the forum or Miscellanous section of the Downloads) or Moddingway (Graphics Mods section). Superglobals update many of the graphics used widely in the game, including that awful default sweat that looked like the players were wrapped in plastic. There are some really good updated sweats out there, and some really good superglobals.

The hard way would be to just download an updated sweat (my sweat of choice is MIchaelvlutz's Progressive Sweat) and import into your global yourself. You can find the sweat in the Releases section in the NLSC forums, and the way to import it in the Tutorials section.

Hope I've helped.
